Counselor at Frost Valley (YMCA Camp)

During the summer of 2022 I was a CIT, and this past summer - 2023 - I was a regular counselor for a month. I worked with a team of ten other counselors to care for 40 children. I personally was in charge of 9. It was such an amazing experience and I had the best time working with the kids. It was so rewarding to build a personal and supportive relationships with them.

CLEO Internship

Every Monday and Wednesday I go help out at the Elementary school in the district. CLEO, is the after school program where I help the kids transition from the school day to after school, help get them snacks, entertain them while waiting for their activities to start, and help out the instructors with whatever program they are teaching.

Market Place Kitchen and Table

Two summers ago, I started working at Market Place Kitchen and have performed a variety of jobs from packaging to-go orders to working the expo station. I was told by my supervisor that I was incredibly helpful and asked to return whenever my school schedule allows me to, so I go back to work there when I can.
